The Law Firm

The Law Firm was founded in 1995 in Modena, Italy, by the Lawyer Giuseppina Po as a direct result of consolidated experience in the field of international business law and EU law.

The Law Firm is in a position to offer legal advice and assistance mainly within the sphere of Italian and international business law and over time has specialised in advisory services in all the sectors of business activities with particular reference to contractual relations of a commercial nature and client assistance within the sphere of business investment projects of various kinds, both in Italy and abroad.

The Law Firm caters to both Italian companies which operate abroad supporting them with targeted advice on commercial contracts to be entered into with partners for the creation of sales networks in line with the type of company and the peculiarities of the countries concerned, and to foreign companies which have interests or investments in Italy.

The Law Firm assists its clients with regard to all the legal aspects concerning the setting up of branches abroad and their functioning with the support of a network of qualified correspondents in all the countries.
