The Law Firm is in a position to offer advice in various sectors of EU law, ranging from the aspects relating to application of EU legislation and the related co-ordination with Italian legislation, to the more specific problems concerning State aid. The sectors of greatest interest in this field include the food and agricultural sector (with reference to product labelling, as well as the EU laws and regulations relating to food and agricultural production and agricultural products – food safety regulations and HACCP – ).
