Legal activities (Litigation)

The Law Firm provides legal assistance both for disputes falling under the jurisdiction of the Italian courts and for questions which involve a foreign jurisdiction. Legal activities abroad are carried out – if necessary – in collaboration with the foreign law firms selected by the Firm which are capable of offering expertise specific to the individual case. The legal activities mainly concern the following sectors:

• civil disputes in Italy
• legal assistance for foreign companies involved in legal proceedings established in Italy
• legal debt collection in Italy and abroad
• execution of foreign sentences in Italy
• execution of Italian sentences abroad
• execution of foreign arbitration awards

Arbitration Proceedings

The Law Firm sees to national and international arbitration proceedings, both as legal counsel appointed with the defence of one of the parties and as member of the arbitration board.
